I knew it at first glance that Angelica Panganiban’s dress has seen somewhere else, and when I googled it, I found out that it was copied from Gwyneth Paltrow’s Tom Ford cape dress back in Oscars 2012.
Oh well, I just hope that I can search a good angle of Ms. Angelica Panganiban so we may know if she carry the dress well as well as Gwyneth Paltrow.
So who wore it better?
